PAMPOROVO - Mountain ski-resort

  The Rhodope Mountain is well known for its exquisite beauty, charm and the wisdom that radiates. According to the Greek mythology here is the birthplace if Orpheus and Euridica. The mountain iscomposed of multitude of mountain chains and it is the greatest mountain on the territory of the Balkan Peninsula. The climate here is mild . All four seasons are normaly  disturbe throughout the year. Winter tourismabove all others by thetourists from Bulgaria and abroad. Another important factor for this kind of tourism is that the resort centres in the Rhodope Mounatin are much cheaper than winter resorts in Austria, Switzerland, France, Germany,  and tthe europien countries. The total length of the rope-lines is 12 km.
Pamporovo , known as the pearl of Rhoropes , is the biggest ski centre in Bulgaria - the length of the ski tracks is 25 km , there are 5 lifts, and 10 ski trails. The resort provides perfect conditions for winter and summer vacations in a delightful mountain atmosphere, magnifisent forests and great many opportunities  for entertainment.
