 
Holiday complex of six single-family houses is located in the village of Aleksandrovo. The small and pretty village of Aleksandrovo, comprising mainly new single-family houses, is situated on the Black Sea coast line at 1 km from the main road Burgas - Varna. The village is occupying a strategic place located at 10 km from Sunny Beach Resort Complex, 20 km from the commercial center Burgas, and at 15 km from the second larges international airport - Sarafovo. In the vicinity ( 5 km ), the town of Kableshkovo is situated, where a golf course is under construction.
The small complex of 6 houses is situated in the village center bordering a square and two broad streets. The panorama and the excellent location account for the view to the eastern slopes of the Balkan Mountains. The terrain, whereon the houses are situated, is presuming slanting dislocation of the same and the compliance with the distance norms is presuming good architectural and operation qualities.
The houses are built up as two types - two independent and two by two semidetached. Both the independent, as well as the semidetached houses, have two levels: first level - living premises, kitchen corner with dining room, sanitary unit and veranda ( 23 m2 ), second level - two bedrooms, bathroom ( 6.5 m2) and terraces.
A small pool is situated in the common yard and green areas are envisaged for the remaining yard areas. The parking places are at the northern and western access to the plot, which belong also to the respective streets of the corner plot.

The architectural style of the houses is typical Bulgaria and they have been built of special materials selected in accordance with the Black Sea climate. The structure is concrete, brick and wood. Wooden components are prevailing. Expandable polystyrene and mineral plaster in white are used for the double heat insulation and water proofing. The wooden beam structure on the second floor, wooden terraces, wooden planking on part of the facades and verandas, as well as the red roof slope add to the charm of the typical Bulgarian style houses.
The bathrooms are finished with terracotta tiles, the ones on the second floor being on 6.5 m2 with bathtub and shower booth. The first level ( kitchen, dining room, living room), as well as the veranda are finished with "granitogres" artificial stone and terracotta tiles. Each house has 3 air-conditioners - one for the first level and two on the second. As client's option, it is possible the kitchenette to be equipped, as well as complete house furnishing.
At present, the construction of all first floors is completed and the construction of the second floors is in progress..
The term of final completion is 30.12.2008.
